At Omnivorus SmartFood we are redefining the next generation of sustainable functional ingredients within the Blue Economy. We develop R&D&I of ingredients from marine and plant resources that optimize the shelf life of food, facilitate clean label formulations and allow simple integration into industrial processes, while reducing the environmental footprint. Our ingredients, inspired by marine and plant biotechnology, offer scalable solutions for three key areas: Food industry: shelf life extension, texture improvement and formulations without artificial additives. Precision Nutrition: Clinically oriented concepts for gut microbiome balance and metabolic health. Nutricosmetics: ingredients that connect health and “ingible beauty”. We combine science, sustainability and scalability to offer the industry a new generation of natural ingredients that boost both human well-being and the health of the planet within the Blue Economy.
