Medartsal

MedArtSal seeks the sustainable development of artisanal salt mines in Italy, Spain, Lebanon and Tunisia. It proposes a sustainable management model that includes marketing strategies, biodiversity conservation and tourism. The project promotes public-private cooperation and seeks to create a cluster of SMEs per participating country, promoting the conservation and restoration of these important places.
