Algaeca
The objective of the project is to combine advanced technologies, knowledge and local climate to sustainably cultivate the Gracilaria and Chondracanthus macroalgae in the Bay of Cádiz, which can be used for the production of agar and carrageenan, as a food product and in cosmetics. In turn, the initiative will contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of seaweed cultivation in Spain and its various applications.
