The beneficiary entities of the IBERO_BIO project have met at the TORMES+ Entrepreneurship and Training Center in the city of Salamanca this past April 11 to address issues related to the execution of the project both at a technical level and at a management and communication level.
Some of the most relevant aspects addressed have consisted of the presentation of the Platform for attracting and retaining Talent developed by BIOGA and which will soon be available, the Map of capabilities of the biotech sector or the action related to promoting the importance of biotechnology in the execution of regional and cross-border Smart Specialization Strategies, both coordinated by FUNDECYT – PCTEX and which will be finalized in the coming months of execution
This meeting has also served to specify important aspects related to the Creation and design of the Iberian Cross-Border Biotechnology Campus, with the aim that progress in this action can be made in the summer months.
The next meeting of partners will be held in the city of Vigo, taking advantage of the Galicia Biodays event, in which the progress made in the project to date will be presented and where the actions to be carried out during the project will also be defined and scheduled. second half of 2024.
