The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz has closed the week of the Talent Tour that has been carried out in the city of Cádiz with Ecuación Talento, a program of activities that was held this morning in the Heracles building of the Cádiz Tax Precinct and which brought together morning activities on entrepreneurship, sports or music, with the presence of popular musicians from the Bay of Cadiz.
Almost a hundred young people gathered at the facilities of the Free Zone to enjoy a day in which they talked about innovation and the Blue Economy and in which the young attendees got to know the Free Zone and its projects up close. and its incubator, where 80 startups are developing their innovative idea and working to consolidate themselves.
The Talent Equation program has been divided into three parts. In the first of them, Incubazul has opened its doors to explain its activity and show the initiatives that are housed there, as a clear symbol of the talent, innovation and entrepreneurship that exists in the province of Cádiz, under the umbrella of sustainability and new industry 4.0 model that the Cádiz Consortium is implementing and which has the Blue Economy as its fundamental axis.
The second part gave way to a round table with prominent Cadiz athletes in which NBA basketball player Begoña García, player of the Italian League and the Russian League, participated; the former athlete specialized in javelin throwing Mercedes Chilla, who represented Spain in the Olympic Games in Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008, where she obtained a finalist place and who continues to hold the national record in her discipline; and Pablo Guitian, director of the Foiling Base Cádiz.
The final touch of the day was provided by the Radio Cádiz program Ser Conversa, which featured Cadiz artists Gonzalo Hermida, Julia González and Marassi. The three have told their experience to journalist Pedro Espinosa and have talked about talent, musical creativity, the origin of songs, the birth of inspiration, the search for success and the advancement of their inspiration and have ended by sharing their art with the assistants.

It must be remembered that the Cádiz Free Trade Zone regularly collaborates in the training of young people from Cádiz and has for years had a guided tour program in which schools and institutes not only from Cádiz but from all of Andalusia and even French students have participated. of exchange. In this training activity, which arouses great interest among teaching centers and is considered an important part of their curricular activities, students visit the facilities and learn first-hand about the activity of the tax facility, its operators and the Blue Economy incubator. .
The activities in the Free Trade Zone have served as the culmination of the Talent Tour, which from March 18 to 22 had its base of operations in Cádiz and which has transformed the city into a reference point for training, employment, research and youth entrepreneurship.
The event has offered more than 40 activities focused on centennials and their main concerns and has been the scene of the proclamation and delivery of the 2024 Princess of Girona Award in the 'Social' category, in the presence of the King of Spain.
