The new headquarters of Incubazul, on the fifth floor of the Europa building, has opened with a monograph of Hoy por Hoy from Cadena Ser de Cádiz. This program has included the work of the incubator from all its perspectives: the institutional one, that of mentoring, that of dynamization and that of the startups themselves. A global and kaleidoscopic vision of our blue economy and entrepreneurship tool.
All the voices have served to publicize the work being done in IncubAzul: commitment to entrepreneurship in the blue economy and support for companies. It is important to know what is being done so that it reaches more companies and people who can benefit from all the advantages it offers.
Francisco José Román was the journalist in charge of hosting the program. He opened the monographic space with an interview with the special delegate of the Free Trade Zone, Fran Gonzalez. He spoke of the opportunity to bet on entrepreneurship, but above all, of champion the blue economy as a real way of changing the industrial concept. Without forgetting the employability of the sector and the possibilities of economic development that it entails.
Incubazul champions the blue economy as a real opportunity for change
Patricia López-Fuchet, Head of Operations and Portfolio Telefónica Open Future at Telefónica, and Marina Claver, promoter of Incubazul, continued telling what the Open Future acceleration model is like. Thanks to this methodology, the incubated companies receive personalized mentoring. To this we must add networking with the entire national network and approach to potential investors. The twenty years of Telefónica Open Future guarantee that it is a successful acceleration model.
The mentor of people (of everything that has to do with Human Resources and teams), Mari Angeles Rodriguez, explained how the mentoring of companies is done. He recounted how their needs are detected and they are accompanied by advising them on their concerns. The work of those who mentor is the vault key of the program. They are all people with the callus of entrepreneurship who can advise with their feet on the ground and the experiences lived.
And the base of our incubator, the startups, were represented by Susana Rodríguez and Sofía Tristancho, from Products The Room and Futuralga. Both broke down the reasons that led them to undertake, the difficult path -although also exciting- of entrepreneurship. The growing feminization of this sector and the opportunities they have had by entering Incubazul were addressed.
you have the opportunity to listen here the full program. You have an opportunity to get to know our incubator better and take advantage of the opportunities that we offer to take your company to the next level.
